Download a backup from fmcloud.fm

The easiest and most flexible way to download a backup is to connect to your fmcloud.fm admin console.

If you prefer to use FTP (still recommended if your backup is very large), please install a FTPs client software such as FileZilla.

• Server address (DNS): <yourSubDomain>.fmcloud.fm
• login: same as for FileMaker Admin Console
• password: same as for FileMaker Admin Console

If you wish to use Cyberduck instead, please adjust the following settings.

We draw your attention to the fact that a physical access to a file by a malicious person creates a very important risk. That is why we recommend that you do not download backups unless you have a compelling need to do so. One of the advantages of the cloud is precisely that there is no physical access possible… unless you download copies.
