To report any issue concerning hosting (database not available, server unreachable, abnormal performances…), you must imperatively use the e-mail address hosting@1-more-thing.com and include the word Urgent in the subject of the e-mail.
BE CAREFUL to create a new ticket (new e-mail) for a new incident. Replying to an old ticket may mean that we are not alerted with the same level of urgency.
